Callum Bickerstaffe
IT Support Analyst
Callum started his IT journey by studying for an extended diploma in IT, then moving on to study Software Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Callum enjoyed working in bars and clubs whilst at university, before deciding to combine his love for hospitality with his love for technology, a perfect fit for the team here at TLC Solutions. A year later, Callum is working as a First Line Support Analyst here at TLC Solutions and is progressing and learning from his peers to give clients the best service possible and understand the daily challenges that may arise.
When Callum worked in hospitality he would constantly find himself working on different IT things around the venue like tills and PDQ’s when these would crash. He managed to fix these problems whilst keeping disruption to a minimum and problem solving where it really matters.
Callum’s looking to further his knowledge of all things IT and work with clients to ensure everything is kept functioning as expected and issues resolved to the highest quality. He is also an advocate of modernisation. He wants to be able to work with clients to ensure they can be brought up to date with the current requirements of the IT world. A special rest in peace to Dial-up internet and Floppy Discs.
